You can refer yourself: just call or email us. You don’t need a GP or any other professional to refer you.
Sessions are offered on a donation basis, from £15. If money is tight, please still get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
Urgent help
If you are in crisis, or you just cannot keep yourself safe right now, please reach out to one of the services below. They are free, confidential, and there for you any time, day or night.
